Again I have chosen trousers that don't end at the fattest part of my calf. Many different lengths are in the shops and the culotte type that finish midway up the calf will only flatter those with very slim legs.
The red belted top is from Marks and Spencer. It's not a great pairing with these trousers because although they have an elasticated waist, there is a belt that ties at the front, so with the red piece's belt on top of this, I was in danger of looking like the Michelin Man.Layering up pearls and adding some sandals with interesting heel detail makes the pants more dressy and fine for wearing out at night.
