L'Aves - Luxurious Vegan Skincare

Products from the L'AVES vegan skincare ranges reviewed by Is This Mutton blog

GIFTED: PRESS SAMPLES

L'AVES is a new British skincare range which offers something that most vegan brands don't:  a touch of luxury.  I find a lot of vegan beauty products perform perfectly well but they lack the scents, the delicate textures and the feeling of indulgence when you look at the packaging and then apply them. Not so with this gorgeous brand.

I was sent three products to try, and the stand out product for me is the Reverse Visible Signs of Photo Aging Extreme Performance Facial Elixir. This is from the L'AVES Bounce Back 50+ range. Beautifully packaged in a glass bottle, the formula is an oil which is applied with a dropper. The fragrance is a delightful concoction of the many beneficial ingredients including apricot, plum kernel oil, rosehip, olive squalane and acai berry fruit oil.

The elixir is targeted at temporarily freezing the look of wrinkles and tightening  the skin's appearance. Gail Hanlon from Is This Mutton tries L'AVES's Botanical Rain Mist + B3 toner

Over time it helps restore elasticity and prevent stress induced damage to the skin.

The Botanical Rain Mist + B3 is an Extreme Performance Toner which should be used twice a day and can be used bedore and over make up. The mist hydrates, detoxes and balances the skin.

I also tried one of L'AVES' best sellers, the Eye Like Steel eye serum. This targets visible signs of aging to reveal brighter looking skin around the eye area.

For the older woman L'AVES has two ranges which will be of interest -  Bounce Back 50+ which I mentioned earlier, and Now or Never Anti-Aging. They also supply sample sizes so you can try before committing to full size, and body and hair care products.  I was pleased with the results.

The products are full of antioxidants, nutrients and vitamins from plants that have been used for thousands of years. Palm oil is not used and products are free from harmful fragrance, additive colours,  parabens, phthalates,  phenoxyethanols, synthetics, GMO and gluten. I love the way L'Aves uses glass rather than plastic - far more eco friendly!

I was gifted with three products from the L'Aves range.  Copy approval was not requested and my editorial opinions are unbiased and my own views.
