Can these tablets give you better skin? And Link Up

Is This Mutton? blogger Gail Hanlon with Imedeen Prime Renewal, skincare tablets for the over-50s
The best endorsement a blogger can give to a product is to actually buy it. I've just bought three months' supply of Imedeen Prime Renewal tablets, so that should tell you that I've been pleased with the improvement in my skin.

On their website, Imedeen urge you to take the "90 day trial." You can sign up to visit an Imedeen in-store consultant who may use Ultrasound to analyse the condition of your skin by recording the levels of collagen and elastin proteins in the deep dermal layer.
Two tablets in the morning and two in the evening are the "prescription" for Imedeen Prime Renewal, for those aged over 50

How does Imedeen work?

Imedeen Prime Renewal, for those aged over 50, contains a cocktail of ingredients aimed at helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and maintain skin firmness. Results can be seen in 90 days. Simply take two tablets in the morning and two in the evening.

Our decreasing oestrogen levels negatively influence the skin’s ability to produce collagen – the protein that keeps skin strong and supple. Skin can lose up to 30% of its collagen in the first five years after menopause. Fine lines turn into wrinkles and skin becomes drier, less firm and more susceptible to free radical damage.

Ingredients include Imedeen's signature Marine Complex and the advanced complex ViTea - a blend of white tea, lycopene, grape seed extract, Vitamins E and C. I

In tests, Imedeen Prime Renewal was studied in a six-month double blind, placebo controlled, randomized study in healthy post-menopausal women aged between 45 and 65. The study investigators concluded that women taking Imedeen Prime Renewal for six months experienced improved condition, structure and firmness of the skin.

My Experience

I have noticed that the fine surface lines on the cheeks have reduced in appearance and my skin looks more radiant without makeup. A bonus is that my nails have also improved and seem stronger/

There are several other formulations including Time Perfection for those aged 40 plus; Derma One, for those aged 25 and over, and Hair and Nails.

Having to take different tablets in the morning and evening is not always easy - I have learnt to put the evening packet by the bed each day so that I take them before I go to sleep. It's fine apparently to take all four together if you prefer.

If you buy the tablets from Boots, in-store, you're eligible for a loyalty program which offers a
free month's supply of any of the Imedeen skincare range, with every six Imedeen products purchased. Online purchases don't qualify.

I was gifted with a 90 days' supply of Imedeen Prime Renewal. As always, my opinions and review are my own.

  1. I've had the analysis and yes in 2 years my collagen had improved at a time when it should have been decreasing so I'm a believer in those tablets. I just keep forgetting to take them now but must restart.
